500g shrimp
1 small piece of ginger
Two cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon cooking wine
Proper amount of soy sauce
Proper amount of edible oil
3 scallions


Step 1
Shrimp constantly change water to clean, with water to keep standby.

Cut garlic into foam, green onion and chopped separately, shredded ginger.
