1000 grams of shrimp
1.5 tsp salt
1 teaspoon oyster sauce
100ml red vinegar
1 spicy millet


Step 1
First, soak the shrimp in clean water, add a little salt, change the water three times during the soaking period, until the shrimp spits out the sediment.
