120g pork fillet
3 G vinegar
5g cooking wine
10 grams of soy sauce
10 g starch
4 red peppers
50g soybean sprouts
50g shredded bean curd
Half lettuce
20G spicy red oil
1 g pepper
10g garlic
1g cooked white sesame
Appropriate amount of corn oil
Appropriate amount of salt


Step 1
Wash pork loin and cut into thin slices. The thinner the better. Add vinegar, cooking wine, soy sauce and starch and marinate for 30 minutes to about an hour;

Dry red pepper soaked in water soft wipe dry water with scissors cut into silk;

Take out the sliced meat and put it into the dish. Add the shredded pepper and Chinese prickly ash that have been stir fried before. Put mashed garlic on the top of the sliced meat and sprinkle some white sesame seeds;

Pour hot oil on the mashed garlic, mix well, and then pour in a proper amount of soup.
