Two spoonfuls of peanut oil
Three spoonfuls of starch
A spoonful of baking soda
Some black pepper
Two and a half spoons of salt
A spoonful of sugar
Four cloved garlic


Step 1
Wash the tenderloin and slice it into thin slices

Mix 1 egg white, 2 grams of salt, 1 spoonful of cooking wine, 1 spoonful of soy sauce, 3 spoonfuls of starch, 1 spoonfuls of baking soda powder and one or two water together, and mix well. Is it possible to add some scallions to make salty soybean milk
