Homemade sauerkraut fish


1 grass carp
1 bag of pickled cabbage
1 green onion
2 egg whites
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Appropriate amount of water
10g MSG
5 slices of ginger
4 cloved garlic
Moderate salt
10 dry red peppers
20 Chinese prickly ash
1 green pepper
1 tsp white pepper
3 teaspoons starch


Step 1
Wash the fish, wash the black belly, otherwise it will be fishy. Wipe off the water on the fish with a dry towel.

Step 2
Remove the head, cut it from the tail, and slice the fish bone along the bone.

Step 3
Put two egg white, salt, monosodium glutamate, pepper, cooking wine, Chinese prickly ash, scallion, minced ginger and water starch into the fish. Marinate for 30 minutes.
