A fish
pickled cabbage resembling sauerkraut
pickled pepper
ginger
Zanthoxylum bungeanum
Green onion
Millet pepper

Directions

Step 1
Sauerkraut, pickled pepper, millet pepper, ginger, scallion and sea pepper. spare

Step 2
Sliced fish with salt, pepper and cooking wine. spare
