Soy sauce black pepper mushroom is a favorite Kwai Chi dish I love, and it tastes very good simply. Don’t cut mushrooms too thin. If they are too thin, there will be no crisp taste. Grinding black pepper is the soul of this dish. It is not recommended to use black pepper powder instead. The taste is very poor. However, it’s best to eat this dish while it’s hot. The taste will be greatly reduced when it’s cold. It’s good to change soy sauce into oyster sauce.

Ingredients

11 Tricholoma
1 / 2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp vegetable oil
A little black pepper

Directions

Step 1
Clean the mushrooms and cut them into thick slices

Step 2
Mushroom flying water (flying water can remove the fishy smell of mushrooms)

Step 3
Pick up the mushrooms and drain

Step 4
In a hot oil pan (butter will smell better if there is butter), drain the mushrooms into the pan

Step 5
Fry over medium heat until both sides are slightly golden

Step 6
Pour in an appropriate amount of soy sauce

Step 7
Grind in crushed black pepper
