200g beef (lean)
100g celery
A little ginger and garlic
A little raw
A little salt
A little bean paste (or chopped pepper)
An egg white


Step 1
1. Shred the beef against the grain, with one egg white, raw soy sauce, bean paste (chopped pepper), and marinate with salt for 15 minutes.

Step 2
2. Cut celery into pieces equal to the length of shredded beef and marinate with a little salt.

3. Put oil into the pot, saute ginger and garlic, stir fry the beef quickly, change color and pick it up

Step 4
4. Wash the pot, add cold oil in the hot pot, stir fry for one minute, then add beef and continue to stir fry for about 2 minutes.

Step 5
5. Add three tablespoons of clear water (soup is the best), boil the water, quickly turn off the fire and take out of the pot.
