Half an onion
6 Hangzhou peppers
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon salt
Step 1Wash the beef and soak in water for more than 30 minutes. Remove the blood and remove it.
Step 2Add cold water to the pot and bring the beef to a boil. (keep the meat boiling water for use)
Step 3Cook the beef and remove to cool.
Step 4Tear the beef into strips according to the texture. If it is not easy to tear, you can also cut it with a knife.
Step 5Prepare ingredients, half onion, 4 sections of scallion, 4 ~ 6 Hangzhou peppers, 2 fragrant leaves and several peppers.

Step 7Add an appropriate amount of soy sauce. 4 ~ 5 spoons

Step 9Mix all ingredients well and let the water boil.
Step 10When the water boils, add the torn beef and continue to cook.
Step 11When the water boils and the beef tastes good, you can add some Hangzhou pepper (relatives don't add it. I like spicy food).
Step 12Then cook the sauce, wait until all the sauce is absorbed by the beef, turn off the fire.
Step 13Turn off the fire. Done. (if you like people with more soup, you can keep more soup)
