Ingredients

500g beef
4 scallions
Half an onion
6 Hangzhou peppers
6 garlic
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon salt

Directions

Step 1
Wash the beef and soak in water for more than 30 minutes. Remove the blood and remove it.
