120g barbecue sauce
15g oyster sauce
Step 1Wash the beef, dry it, and cut it into strips about 2.5cm thick;
Step 2Pour barbecue sauce, honey and oyster sauce into the beef and grasp well;

Step 5Put the cured beef in the baking pan, and don't throw away the remaining soup;
Step 6Select the pure roasting function in the oven, set the temperature at 170 ℃, and put the beef in for 60 minutes;
Step 7After 30 minutes, take it out and brush a layer of soup juice every 10 minutes;
