Beef barbecued pork
When traveling to Guangzhou, I fell in love with the barbecued pork there, especially the sweet taste and the bright red and attractive color. The dry and slightly greasy meat, with a sweet taste of spices, feels much better than those cooked foods such as sausages.
Ingredients
700g beef100g scallion
50g ginger
120g barbecue sauce
15g honey
15g oyster sauce
Directions
Step 1
Wash the beef, dry it, and cut it into strips about 2.5cm thick;
Step 2
Pour barbecue sauce, honey and oyster sauce into the beef and grasp well;
Step 3
Cut the scallion and ginger slices into beef and mix well;
Step 4
The mixed beef shall be sealed with fresh-keeping bag, refrigerated in the refrigerator for about 20 hours, and mixed every 5 hours;
Step 5
Put the cured beef in the baking pan, and don't throw away the remaining Soup;
Step 6
Select the pure roasting function in the oven, set the temperature at 170 ℃, and put the beef in for 60 minutes;
Step 7
After 30 minutes, take it out and brush a layer of Soup juice every 10 minutes;
Step 8
After 60 minutes, take it out and let it cool before eating.
