Ingredients

50g fans
300g beef soup
5g coriander

Directions

Step 1
Soak the vermicelli in hot water for 15 minutes.

Step 2
Cut the fans into pieces.

Step 3
Put the vermicelli into the beef soup and bring to a boil

Step 4
Just cook the vermicelli soft and put some beef and coriander on the plate.
