Bean ribs and melon soup


400g pork chops
300g balsam pear
100g soybeans
Proper amount of salt
Three slices of ginger


Step 1
Wash the soybeans and soak them in water for more than an hour. Don't pour out the water for soaking the beans. Set aside;

Step 2
Chop chops, add ginger slices and blanch, wash blood and set aside;

Step 3
Wash the muskmelon, remove the seeds and white film, cut into pieces and set aside;

Step 4
Put about 1000 ml of water into the soup pot. After boiling, add soybeans, melons and ribs. After boiling over high heat, turn to low heat for about an hour and a half;

Step 5
Finally, season with salt.

Step 6
The soup residue tastes delicious when it is fished out and stained with soy sauce.
