Ribs, cabbage, tofu made of a soup dish, warm in autumn and winter, eating good comfortable.


200g spare ribs
300g tofu
200g cabbage
30g vermicelli
Half a green onion
5 slices of ginger
Moderate salt
1 teaspoon cooking wine
Proper amount of sesame oil


Step 1
Prepare a casserole

Chop the spareribs and tofu and blanch them

Wash scallion, ginger and cabbage and cut into pieces

Add enough water to the pan, add the spareribs, add scallion, ginger and cooking wine, bring to a boil, turn down the heat and simmer for about 1 hour until the spareribs are soft
