Guangdong barbecued pork is made of tenderloin, plum and streaky pork. My family prefers streaky pork. It depends on everyone’s preference.


500g pork
4 tbsp barbecue sauce
1 teaspoon red rot milk
Half a bowl of honey water


Step 1
Pork skin, with barbecued sauce, red rot milk into sauce, marinate for five hours or overnight

Step 2
