This is not the first time I have introduced chicken wings. This recipe is simpler than before. It can be completed with one bag, one baking tray and one shelf.


(full wing) 1 kg chicken wings
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon barbecue sauce
1 tablespoon honey


Step 1
After washing the chicken wings, pour them into a clean fresh-keeping bag and add BBQ sauce, honey and garlic. After the bag mouth is tied tightly, the honey and barbecue sauce are melted by kneading, and the chicken wings are evenly wrapped.

Step 2
Place the marinated chicken wings on the grill, with the bright side up tin foil and baking pan below.

Step 3
In addition, we put the remaining sauce of pickled chicken wings in a small bowl, add a spoonful of honey and stir evenly with a brush.

Step 4
Bake in an oven preheated at 400F / 200C for 30 minutes, take it out, and raise the oven temperature to 450F / 220c at the same time.

Step 5
Turn the chicken wings upside down, put them back into the oven (without waiting for the oven to preheat to the specified temperature), bake for 15 minutes, and then take them out.

Step 6
Finally, the salad mixed with fresh vegetables is a perfect low starch dinner.
