“Barbecue” is a major feature of the cold winter night in Northeast China. When dusk comes, people can smell the tantalizing smell of “irresistible” in the streets and alleys!

Three pieces of dried tofu
Half root cucumber
1 / 4 onion
A small piece of scallion
A coriander
1 tablespoon Pixian chili sauce
Half a spoonful of sweet noodle sauce
Less than half a spoonful of fuel consumption
Proper amount of pepper
Right amount of ground pepper (sprinkle)
Appropriate amount of cumin powder (spreading)
20 toothpicks
A wool brush
A little edible oil

Step 1
Rinse the dried tofu with water, cut it into finger width, slightly longer than finger length, and cut all kinds of auxiliary dishes into strips and sections for use. (auxiliary dishes can be added according to your preference. Basically, you can add them to the dishes that can be eaten raw, or sausages and meat can be cooked and rolled in first)

Step 2
I'm used to eating dried tofu, so I usually use two small pieces, staggered. The one on the top pulls a small piece towards the body, puts the auxiliary dishes close to the body, and then roll them slowly and tightly. Even if they are broken, there is the one on the bottom.

Step 3
After the two rolls are finished, the seals are facing each other and fixed with toothpicks. (the seal is facing each other, so that the seal will not be scattered when frying in the back)

Step 4
Mix Pixian chili sauce, sweet flour sauce, oil consumption and pepper together to make a brushed sauce for standby. (you can also buy ready-made barbecue sauce, barbecue sauce, etc. and brush them directly, or add other condiments according to your own taste)

Step 5
In a hot pot with a little edible cold oil, directly dry the tofu roll over a medium and low heat for about 2 minutes, as shown in the figure, turn over and fry the other side. (less oil, dried tofu does not absorb oil)

Step 6
Then brush the prepared sauce on the fried side, turn over and brush the other side, sprinkle broken black pepper and cumin powder, turn over and sprinkle the other side. Anyway, they are all fried with sauce, sprinkled with powder and then fried. (for those with strong taste, you can brush sauce several times, sprinkle powder several times, add chili powder, etc.)
