Banggu zajun Decoction


75g crab mushroom
75g Pleurotus eryngii
Appropriate amount of salt
15g scallion
10g ginger


Step 1
Cut the bone and soak in water for 30 minutes.

Step 2
Put the soaked bone into a casserole and add some water.

Step 3
Bring the fire to a boil to remove the froth.

Add onion and ginger.

Step 5
Turn the heat down and simmer for 1 hour.

Wash and slice Pleurotus eryngii.

Step 7
Wash crab mushrooms and set aside.

Step 8
Put Pleurotus eryngii and Pleurotus eryngii in casserole.
