At the beginning of this year, I have to learn a lot. At the beginning, I was very tired every day and I didn’t have enough time. Because there was no canteen in the company, I often made some food by myself and went back to the company to eat.


500g chicken feet
1 lemon
1 packet of chicken powder
1 piece of ginger
2 scallions


Step 1
Wash the chicken feet and cut off the nails.

Step 2
Add proper amount of water, add ginger and scallion, and bring to a boil for 8 minutes

Step 3
Pick up the cold water and drain the water.

Step 4
Pour in chicken powder and mix well, then refrigerate overnight.

Step 5
Put the chicken feet on the baking tray and add the lemon slices.

Step 6
Put in the preheated oven at 100 ℃ for 60 minutes
