Ingredients

350g roasted bran
25ml edible oil
4 mushrooms
15g cashew nuts
25ml raw extract
2G fungus
1 octagonal
20G rock sugar
2 chives
2 cloves garlic
10ml soy sauce
2G chicken essence

Directions

Step 1
Prepare cashew nuts, roasted bran, dried mushrooms and black fungus

Step 2
Prepare star anise, shallots, garlic slices and rock sugar

Step 3
Slice the washed mushrooms and cut into pieces with roasted bran

Then cover the pot with cold water and boil it over high heat. Then cook it for about 4 minutes. Remove it. Rinse and squeeze it with clean water to wash all the acidity inside

Saute cashew nuts in cold oil and cold pot and pick them up

Saute star anise and garlic slices until fragrant

Pour in black fungus, mushrooms and roasted bran and stir fry evenly
