Baked bran
Baked bran is a deep-rooted delicacy on the Chinese new year table in Shanghai. Shanghainese pay attention to many dishes during the Chinese New Year. The so-called bran baking means “relying on their husband”, implying that the men in the family will achieve higher achievements in the coming year. Sixi means that the baked bran is equipped with four kinds of ingredients. The ingredients inside can be matched according to your preferences. This dish looks dry. In fact, the baked bran absorbs slow soup. It feels heavy with chopsticks. It tastes very fresh and sweet
Ingredients
350g roasted bran25ml edible oil
4 mushrooms
15g cashew nuts
25ml raw extract
2G fungus
1 octagonal
20G rock sugar
2 chives
2 cloves garlic
10ml soy sauce
2G chicken essence
Directions
Step 1
Prepare cashew nuts, roasted bran, dried mushrooms and black fungus
Step 2
Prepare star anise, shallots, garlic slices and rock sugar
Step 3
Slice the washed mushrooms and cut into pieces with roasted bran
Step 4
Then cover the pot with cold water and boil it over high heat. Then cook it for about 4 minutes. Remove it. Rinse and squeeze it with clean water to wash all the acidity inside

Saute cashew nuts in cold oil and cold pot and pick them up

Saute star anise and garlic slices until fragrant

Pour in black fungus, mushrooms and roasted bran and stir fry evenly

Add raw and old soy sauce and stir fry evenly

Pour in boiling water and add rock sugar

Cover with high heat and bring to a boil. Turn to low heat and cook until delicious

After that, turn to high heat, collect the juice, add chicken essence, stir fry evenly, turn off the heat, take out of the pot, sprinkle cashew nuts and scallion leaves, and serve
