One of the easiest dinners you can make – making these bean and cheese burritos perfect for a weeknight meal. The kiddos and adults love them equally.


6 tortillas
16 ounces refried beans
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken, optional


Step 1
Preheat oven to 420 degrees.

Step 2
Line a baking sheet with foil. Spray baking sheet with non stick spray.\r\n

Step 3
Place a tortilla on a plate. Scoop ¼ cup refried beans in closer towards one end of the tortilla. Add 4 pieces of chopped chicken - if using. Top with a handful of cheese - about ⅓ cup.\r\n

Step 4
Fold up like a burrito. Place seam side down. Spray the top with non-stick spray.\r\n

Step 5
Place in oven. Bake for about 7 minutes or until the bottom is crispy. Flip and continue baking for about 7 minutes or until crispy.\r\n
