This is a bowl of delicious rice. I never forget it in my memory. It’s really delicious. I don’t give up until I eat it every time.

Ingredients

400g rice
350g green vegetables
200g Bacon
2 Cantonese sausages
A little yellow rice wine
A little salt

Directions

Step 1
Wash the rice and chop the vegetables

Step 2
Wash the bacon and sausage with hot water and cut them into small pieces

Step 3
After the non stick pot is heated, first put in the salted meat, fry it over a slow fire until the oil comes out, then pour in the yellow rice wine, and hold it up after the wine flavor evaporates

Pour in the vegetables, stir fry constantly, add salt to taste, and then Sheng Qi

After the rice is stir fried, add water. The amount of water is less than the usual boiled rice

Add bacon and sausage to the surface, cover it with high heat and bring to a boil, then turn to low heat

The cooked rice has risen. When it is almost nine minutes cooked, add the green vegetables and cover it

Simmer until the rice is cooked. Turn off the heat and mix well. Then come out of the pot
