Ingredients

500g beans
2 corn
Half a pumpkin
1 potato
50g pork
1 green onion
1 slice ginger
2 garlic
3 dried peppers
2 octagons

Directions

Step 1
Wash the corn and cut it into pieces.

Step 2
Wash the beans, pick them and set aside.

Step 3
Cut potatoes and pumpkin into small pieces and set aside.

Step 4
Slice pork and marinate with cooking wine, pepper and soy sauce in advance.

Step 5
Cut onion, ginger and garlic and set aside.

Step 6
I also prepared some quail eggs and planned to put them when they came out of the pot.

Step 7
Put Angel Yeast on the corn flour and ferment for half an hour.

Step 8
Cool oil in a hot pot, fry chives, ginger, garlic, star anise, and add pork. Add five spice powder, cooking wine, soy sauce and vinegar. Stir fry until the pork changes color, add beans and stir fry for five minutes. Stir fry more beans for a while, and the stew will taste better.

Step 9
Add potatoes, pumpkin and corn. Continue to stir fry for a while and add water.

Step 10
Stew until the corn is cut off. After about 20 minutes, make the corn flour fermented in advance into a cake shape, stick it around the pot, put the quail eggs in, cover the pot, and simmer over low heat for another 20 minutes. When the Soup is dry, add salt and chicken essence, stir evenly and bring out of the pot.
